Mat is in the midst of a beer bender, dry spell, and existential dilemma all at once. He’s 22, with dwindling savings, no job, and zero dating prospects.

And then she moves in. A tall, busty redhead named Lauren. She’s fifteen years older, freshly divorced, and has had her eye out for a younger man to seduce and corrupt. It’s been months since she’s been touched, and it’s gotten to the point where she feels like she’s going through physical withdrawals, and intimacy is all she can think about.
